My pronouns are She/They. I live near the beach in the beautiful historic city of Rochester, NY. I am a single mom to a beautiful daughter and have a Balinese cat companion named Otter.

Antonietta -- Founder and Owner of Alfano Speaking Ventures is a professional & powerful Motivational Speaker who speaks on a variety of topics for audiences big and small. Being Deaf -- It was always their dream to make a positive impact in the lives of others, and they are proud to make a living by inspiring, motivating and challenging people from all different backgrounds.
With a strategic approach combined with an outside-the-box perspective, Antonietta helps people break through barriers and challenges, overcome doubts and take a large stride towards achieving their goals.
How Did I Become?
Overcoming Adversity
With a hidden passion in public speaking while attending one of the best colleges in the nation (Forbes); Rochester Institute of Technology, she was the Master of Ceremonies for the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is also one of the RIT's Women's Legacy Leaders for 2014.
In 2019, Antonietta was a TEDx Speaker for Rochester to spread awareness for inclusion and accessibility for the Deaf Community in the Hearing world. Being Deaf at three months old, struggling to grow as a "normal" child. Growing up, there was always a lack of accessibility and inclusion in the community. This ignited her passion as a Inclusion and Diversity advocate for the community. She is bridging the gap between the Deaf and the Hearing communities nationally. Her Superpower is bringing light to the Hearing community about the diversity of Deaf Culture.

What Am I Doing Now?
Growing my Divine Life Purpose to Serve & Impact All Communities
After her Tedx Talk, there was a need for a gathering for ALL communities to connect together. She then founded and hosts a monthly “Deaf Coffee Chat” locally for the purpose to unify all communities to overcome barriers and to learn ASL.
When the pandemic started, a ASL Deaf Coffee Chat group on FB was developed to provide a safer space online community to practice and increase knowledge in the d/Deaf community and culture. Bi-weekly, she hosts an online zoom gathering to practice signing and play fun ASL games curated by her. She aspires to do this even after the pandemic has ceased. as it is now one of the best ASL coffee chats online nationally surveyed by group members.
Currently, She is always striving to bring awareness for Hearing community and how they can be accessible and inclusive for ALL to promote Diversity in their lives. She is speaking at Summits, conferences and hosting workshops. Follow her on Facebook!
